Proposed changes to hospitals in west Wales by the Hywel Dda health board were up for discussion on this week's BBC Wales Live, featuring the WCPP's health expert Dr Paul Worthington.
Paul shared his response to the proposals, which include removing round-the-clock emergency care from both Glangwili and Withybush hospitals, as well as outlining what he saw as three key challenges for the Welsh NHS.
