Mair Bell, the Centre's Senior Research Officer, has given evidence to the National Assembly Economy, Infrastructure and Skills Committee's 'Future of skills' inquiry.
Appearing as part of a panel of experts and practitioners, Mair drew on the findings of our Future of Work in Wales project to answer questions on the changing world of work and how to respond to the effects of automation.
What does @mair_bell think the Welsh Government needs to focus on to prepare for the future of skills?
Here's what she told the @SeneddEIS Committee this morning.
